Biotin is very essential for the body as it helps convert certain nutrients into energy. It also promotes healthy hair by providing an essential ingredient in the process of hair growth. Biotin helps hair grow not just healthier but stronger too. It can be found in foods and some people take them as supplements.
Beta-carotene, as we saw in the previous post, is a type of antioxidant. Another important B is Balanced diet. You have to have a mixture of all classes of food from water, minerals, fats and oil to carbs(yes carbs)vitamins and proteins.
Beans
Whatever type of beans you prefer- runner, black eyed, red, kidney, green, name it, they are fantastic for not just healthy hair but healthy body and skin too!
They are a great source of protein, biotin, vitamin B, folic acid, magnesium, sulfur and zinc. Incorporating them into your diet will give them a natural boost for strong, shiny, healthy growing hair. Green beans for example contains silicon with strengthens hair and nails. They contain a good amount of iron that helps prevent hair loss.
Broccoli
Broccoli contains vitamins A and C- vitamins that stimulate the production of sebum, a natural moisturizer for the scalp.It is rich in calcium which helps strengthen hair follicles. Adding them to your diet can help boost hair growth and add shine to your strands.
Beetroot

Blueberries
