Honey is not just famous for being sweet, it’s got humectant properties that help regulate and retain moisture in hair. It also promotes hair growth as it is said to strengthen hair follicles. Adding honey to your shampoo is a good way to keep it conditioned and reduce breakage. It is rich in antioxidants and helps prevent hair loss.
