Dried fruits come in varieties, my faves are dried apricots and dried mangoes. These are a yes yes! to add to your diet too! The nutrients are concentrated in fruits when they are dried because the water/liquid component has been extracted from them. They are a great dessert, containing loads of vitamins and minerals for healthy hair!
